Large Coromandel Eight Panel Screen 

Chinese export eight panel black lacquer screen made
for the European market depicting a floral garden scene
with birds. The lower portion with Chinese artifacts all surrounded by a floral/vine motif. The reverse side,which compliments the
front perfectly, has bamboo and floral decoration surrounded by a floral, leaf and geometric border. All supported by brass capped legs. Turn of the century (late Qing dynasty)

American Octagonal Maple Candlestand


A great diminutive American candlestand
with figured maple woods and octagonal top.
Supported by a well formed trefoil base with
most pleasing turned up legs. The top retaining
its original crazed surface.
Origin: Connecticut River Valley – Circa 1880.
