A charming Hourglass formed small
Regency Brazier / Jardinière with openwork shaped slats
holding a brass bucket. Ideal planter and an elegant waste
basket. Excellent mahogany woods throughout. Superb round
step molded and inlaid base supported by balled feet. Note
the top line inlay and carry handle. Circa 1890.
A most unusual find is the exotic
Calamander wood dome top tea caddy. The caddy interior has
two spring loaded domed decorative hinged tops having brass
plaques incised with the word "Black" (referring to the type
of tea). Note the engraved etched hinges and fabulous thick
brass overlay decoration. A maker's mark is inscribed in
brass: Smith, 21 Commercial St. Leeds.

A well designed honey brown mahogany
reading table with great wood figure. Having two reading
slopes with brass page restraints and an unusual pullout
drawer on the end. The column is topped by a fine quality
brass boss with locating pin and chain. Height adjusts in 12
increments from 29” to 40 1/2 “
