Rare Sheraton Lady's Work Table

A rare Sheraton satinwood Lady's work table with exceptional inlays. Having a fitted interior mirror, sewing equipment area, writing area and slide top cedarwood inserts. Supported by
tapered legs terminated in brass castered feet. The paper
 inventory label indicates the table was in the collection of Lord Leverhulme (British soap and detergent entrepreneur who built the international firm of Lever Brothers Soap).
Lord Leverhulme was an avid collector of important English Furniture.
Attributed to Mayhew & Ince – Marshall Street - Carnaby Market, London.

Unique Pair of Urn Cutlery Boxes

A lovely large pair of urn shaped knife boxes. Wonderful faded brown mahogany woods with string inlay. The covers rising on a ratchet support. Standing on a well formed octagonal base. In the George III style.
Besides placement on a large serving board, these are ideal ornamentation on either side of a doorway or fireplace.
Circa 1880.

by tapered legs terminated with ebonized inlays. The back legs
pull out so four chairs can be placed comfortably.
